How to take your flower essences?
Recommended dosage: Generally, 4 drops under the tongue or diluted in a glass of water, 4 times a day. You can also add them to a bottle of water and drink throughout the day.
Duration of use: An elixir is ideally taken over a period of 3 weeks, but can be extended as needed. Listen to your feelings and adjust if necessary.
Time of intake: Preferably away from meals and in a calm moment, for better energetic assimilation.
If it's a duo of elixirs:
- Start one course of treatment, then the other, at the end of the first, or alternate depending on the days of the week.
- Do not consume both elixirs at the same time, this would alter the effectiveness of the flowers.
Storage and precautions:
Shelf life: Our flower essences can be stored for up to 2 years thanks to their brandy base, which acts as a natural preservative.
