How to take your flower essences?
Recommended dosage: Generally, 4 drops under the tongue or diluted in a glass of water, 4 times a day. You can also add them to a bottle of water and drink throughout the day.
Duration of use: An essence is ideally taken for a period of 3 weeks, but can be extended as needed. Listen to your feelings and adjust if necessary.
Time of intake: Preferably away from meals and in a calm moment, for better energetic assimilation.

Shelf life: Our flower essences can be stored for up to 2 years thanks to their brandy base, which acts as a natural preservative.
